If you have any concerns while a patient, there are numerous resources to assist you.
Grievances and Complaints
You have the right to voice or submit a written complaint concerning the quality of care, treatments received or discontinued, or your ability to exercise your rights as a patient. Privacy Complaints
If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the hospital or with the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services. To file a complaint with the hospital, contact our Privacy Officer, 310-784-6894. All complaints must be submitted in writing and may be emailed to privacy.officer@tmmc.com.
