Inpatient Services We Offer

Integrative & Functional Nutrition

Integrative and functional nutrition goes beyond basic dietary guidelines by using a whole-system approach that looks at the root cause of chronic health issues. Collaboration and communication between the patient, clinical dietitian, and other healthcare providers involved in the patient’s care is critical. We work together as a team to find a whole-foods plan that will best meet the unique needs of each patient.

As members of your care team, the food we serve is a reflection of our integrative approach to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. It is our highest priority to provide nourishing meals to our patients that are both satisfying to the palette and healing to the body. Developed by our team of Registered Dietitian Nutritionists, our Executive Chef, and highly skilled cooks, menu options are carefully crafted to meet the dietary needs of our patients.

Our Conscious Cuisine Menu highlights a few of our plant-based, low carbohydrate recipes packed with antioxidants and nutrients that incorporate the healing properties of food. We believe clean ingredients are important in promoting health and longevity, which is why we use seasonal flavors, locally sourced ingredients, antibiotic-free meat and poultry, and wild-caught salmon in our recipes. As members of your care team, the food we serve is a reflection of our integrative approach to helping you heal and promote optimal wellness.

Please visit our Patient Meals and Room Service webpage for more details regarding our menu options.
