Torrance Memorial Medical Center's specialists have been providing outstanding cardiovascular care to South Bay residents in our state-of-the-art facilities for years. Now, our partnership with Cedars-Sinai - that includes access to their world renowned cardiovascular team - means the services we offer have expanded even further.
The addition of Cedars-Sinai cardiothoracic surgeons strengthens the existing Torrance Memorial heart surgery program by providing further expertise in a variety of procedures such as complex valve repair and replacement, coronary artery bypass grafting, aortic root and arch surgery, surgical treatments of arrhythmias, and percutaneous heart valve surgery.

At Torrance Memorial Medical Center's Lundquist Lurie Cardiovascular Institute, our specialists and staff strive to deliver outstanding cardiovascular care and a positive patient experience. Torrance Memorial's affiliation with two South Bay cardiology practices - COR Healthcare Medical Associates and Torrance Memorial Physician Network South Bay Heart - allows our team to provide patients with convenient, seamless cardiovascular care, coordinated between Torrance Memorial and cardiology practice staff.
The specialists at COR and South Bay Heart have worked in tandem with the medical center to develop several key advanced cardiovascular treatment programs at Torrance Memorial including:
