Multidisciplinary Team
Our cardiovascular surgery team, which includes dedicated cardiac anesthesiologists, cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, cardiac radiologists, and imaging specialists, perform a multidisciplinary review of every non-emergent case before determining the course of treatment. this review includes a look at all patient records and test results, as well as a thorough workup and additional testing, if necessary.
The cardiac specialists from Torrance Memorial and Cedars-Sinai team up to further expand Torrance Memorial's cardiothoracic surgery program. The addition of Cedars-Sinai cardiothoracic surgeons strengthens the existing Torrance Memorial heart surgery program by providing further expertise in a variety of procedures.

These hybrid operating rooms are equipped with specialized technology that allows collaboration between surgical, interventional cardiology and electrophysiology specialists who can perform procedures at the same time.
