This class will teach you floor, chair and standing yoga poses to stimulate bone growth especially in the hip, spine, pelvis and wrist. You will focus on improving strength and flexibility in the muscles of posture, joint stability and coordination with attention on balance and posture to aid in fall prevention. You will also learn breath work and guided meditation to help manage stress.
