Meet with a registered nutritionist and learn new topics every month to provide inspiration, encouragement, and helpful tips to keep you on track.
This class is offered the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month from 5-7pm and is taught by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). Choose between taking the class in-person (1st Monday of the month) at Torrance Memorial Medical Center, West Tower, Room A, or virtually (3rd Monday of the month) on Zoom. This class is a requirement for all seeking bariatric surgery at Torrance Memorial.
