Dr. Keri Zickuhr was board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery in 2011. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania where she also played on the varsity basketball team. Dr. Zickuhr attended medical school at the Ohio State University and then moved to California to complete her five-year orthopedic residency at the University of California, Irvine. Following her residency program, Dr. Zickuhr completed a foot and ankle fellowship under the direction of Michael Brage, MD.
Dr. Zickuhr has been trained in the treatment of ankle/foot injuries, wrist/hand and upper extremity fractures, hip fractures and lower extremity injuries. With a fellowship in ankle and foot surgery, she also treats complex ankle injuries, fractures/dislocations, major and minor foot/ankle reconstructions, ankle replacements, minimally invasive surgery, arthroscopy, forefoot deformities (bunions, hammer toes, etc.), and non-operative management of foot and ankle problems. She is also a member of the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society and the Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society.
Dr. Zickuhr practices medicine with the goal of helping patients return to a better way of life. Her love for medicine and patients shows with every patient she sees. Dr. Zickuhr understands that each patient is an individual and partners with her patients to determine the most comprehensive plan to meet their needs.
