Dr. Lent has been a member of the Torrance Emergency Physician group since 2008. She attended the University of California at Santa Barbara where she obtained a B.S. in Biological Sciences and played NCAA Division I Soccer. After graduating with High Honors, she enrolled in the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. Subsequently Dr. Lent completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at a level I Trauma Center in the Bronx where she was voted Physician of the Year by her colleagues. After residency, Dr. Lent became Assistant Clinical Professor at one of the Nation’s busiest metropolitan hospitals where she was voted Teacher of the Year by her students.

Happily returning home to the South Bay after a decade in New York, Dr. Lent proudly joined the top-notch team of Emergency Physicians at Torrance Memorial. She has been voted Co-Medical Director of the Emergency Department in 2020. Dr. Lent prides herself in the conscientious treatment she delivers to her patients. She is honored to work with the dedicated TMMC staff and thoroughly enjoys serving the community that she loves.

Dr. Lent has published many scholarly works and is a board-certified Emergency Physician.

Outside of her work, Dr. Lent enjoys spending time with her growing family and friends.
