Dr. Nowzari received his medical degree with honors in 1994 and completed his residency in genitourinary surgery with an Outstanding Residency Award in 2000. He subsequently went on to complete a mini-fellowship training in laparoscopic, robotic, and minimally invasive urologic surgeries with one of the world-renowned experts in the field at UCI.
Dr. Nowzari is currently the Chief of Urology at Little Company of Mary Hospital. He has special training in in laparoscopic, robotic, and minimally invasive urologic surgeries, female pelvic floor reconstructions for treatment of incontinence and pelvic floor prolapse as well as training in male infertility and testicular sperm extraction to achieve high rate of pregnancy.
He is the first and currently the only Urologist in South Bay to use the newest version of the Da Vinci Robot Si unit to preform robotic surgeries.
