Brian Magovern, MD

Dr. Magovern is a fellowship-trained board certified orthopedic doctor and surgeon who specializes in elbow and shoulder care and surgery, as well as complex trauma surgery. He is highly skilled in surgical and non-surgical procedures and recommends surgery only when necessary. To him, each patient is an individual who requires a unique treatment plan. During this process he carefully designs the right program for each one, checks in often, and is happy to return phone calls.

Dr. Magovern was born on the East Coast and received his Doctorate of Medicine from Georgetown University. He loves the South Bay’s sense of community, small-town feel, and amazing weather. He enjoys skiing with his wife and children, and to stay in shape at sea level, he saves some energy for swimming workouts several times a week.
