Deren M. Sinkowitz, MD

Dr. Deren Sinkowitz is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine. He earned his B.A. at Johns Hopkins University and his M.D. at New York Medical College. He also has an M.B.A. from the USC Marshall School of Business. He completed his Residency at the Wadsworth VA Hospital/UCLA Medical Center and Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowships at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. He is an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA where he is involved with teaching medical students.

Dr. Sinkowitz has been practicing in the South Bay for over 20 years. During his free time he enjoys reading and watching his sons play soccer. He is also very active volunteering and goes frequently to provide medical care in Limon, Honduras with the Carolina Honduras Health Foundation.
