Torrance Memorial IPA is a multi-specialty physician network providing convenient access to high-quality and personalized care with over 500 primary care and specialty physicians, as well as nationally recognized Torrance Memorial Medical Center.
Dr. Hung P. Nguyen is board-certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism. He earned his bachelor's degree at UC San Diego and medical degree at Chicago Medical School. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center.
He found his passion in Endocrinology studies and completed his fellowship at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center. Dr. Nguyen's focus is general endocrinology including diabetes and thyroid disease. His area of interest are insulin pump and current non-insulin medications for diabetes, cushing's syndrome, pituitary dysfunction, and transgender hormone therapy.
He is new to Torrance and looks forward to serving the community. Dr. Nguyen is bilingual in English and Vietnamese. He enjoys reading, dining, and spending time with family and friends.
