Kristin Anne Ignacio, PharmD

Kristin Anne Ignacio, PharmD is a clinical pharmacist who provides medication education and medication management. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at UC San Francisco and completed her pharmacy practice residency at VA Long Beach Healthcare System.

She has previously worked as an inpatient clinical pharmacist managing medication therapies in the acute setting and has worked closely with providers and patients in key transitions of care.

She is a strong proponent for providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Her primary interests include diabetes management and transitions of care. She currently manages patients on anticoagulant therapy at the TMPN anticoagulation clinic and supports the Torrance Memorial Care Coordination Center. She is excited for the Torrance Memorial Physician Network pharmacy team to continue growing to provide support to our patients and providers.

Outside of work, she loves hunting for a good bargain, trying out new restaurants, and spending quality time with her family.
