Dr. Ben Tseng is a board-certified neurologist. He received a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from UCLA. He then pursued an M.D. from Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. After one year of internship at Rush Medical Center in Chicago, he returned to southern California to complete a residency in Neurology and a fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology at Harbor UCLA Medical Center.
In his previous research in the field of brain imaging, Dr. Tseng designed and built proprietary research software tools, which have yielded several publications in the field of neuroscience and cognitive science.
Dr. Tseng is interested in general neurology and its wide array of disorders. He has received the Resident Scholarship from the American Academy of Neurology in 2014 and also earned the Excellence in Teaching Award as Chief Resident at Harbor UCLA in 2013-2014. This reflects his dedication to patient care. He believes in clear communications as the foundation of his clinical practice and is an advocate of collaborative medicine.
