Dr. Noronha received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Fordham University, where he was Valedictorian of his graduating class. He received his medical degree from Harvard University. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at UCLA Medical Center, where he served a year as a Chief Resident. He stayed at UCLA to complete a fellowship in Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology.
Prior to joining Torrance Memorial Medical Center, Dr. Noronha was at St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood for 19 years, serving the last six years as Chairman and Medical Director of Imaging Services and President of the St. Francis Radiology Medical Group. He also maintained an appointment as part time Assistant Clinical Professor of Radiology at UCLA Medical Center from 1996-2010.
