Torrance Memorial Announces High School Scholarship Winners

Torrance, CA - Torrance Memorial Medical Center recently awarded 15 scholarships of $1,000 each to area high school students who are pursuing healthcare careers, including eight nursing students and students in occupational therapy, physical therapy and pharmacy.

The scholarships were made possible through funds raised by the Torrance Memorial's volunteer support group Las Amigas and the Torrance Memorial Health Care Foundation.
