Community Resources for Heart Health

There are many excellent resources related to heart health available here at Torrance Memorial Medical Center as well as in the community at large. Many of these programs are free and can be accessed by both the patient and his significant other.

These programs offer support and the opportunity to share experiences and concerns with other individuals who have cardiac disease. Also available is information and education on heart disease, treatment and recovery as well as special programs.
